Receptor Therapeutics Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company focused on in-licensing and developing novel anti-cancer therapies with a reduced risk of failure. The Company offers a unique opportunity to build value at lower risk by selecting (i) development programs based on already approved drugs, but delivering them in a unique way that will improve clinical outcomes for cancer patients or (ii) therapeutic compounds that have substantial evidence behind them, but need optimization of dose and trial design to be successful.
The Company has two compelling development programs and intends to take both through to completion of either a phase II or phase III clinical trial demonstrating increased survival of patients. Once this milestone is reached, the plan is to monetize the programs through an out-licensing arrangement, partnership or outright sale.
